It's just a 2-3 minute walk from a couple of restaurants and bars, and the path along the river is right across the street. Everything in the apartment is modern and clean. "My husband and I stayed here during Lime Rock Parks Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect. Lovely location, great communication and easy check in. Bedding and towels were clean and soft. Kitchen had all you needed for basic meals. Nice Keurig coffee maker and pods:) Folks were friendly and we loved Avery the pooch. Did I mention the wild turkey’s? We recommend Dugway!"

"We were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay while in Torrington visiting family. The hotels in town are nasty so this was a great alternative. There is a park across the street and an Office warehouse on the street behind, so it’s quiet at night which was a plus. Inside is definitely as advertised, cozy but not cramped, the furniture and decor is well appointed. We will definitely stay again."

Everything from bedding, utensils, and table service were high quality and either new or equal to new. Clean from floor to ceiling. Owner communications were immediate and helpful."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."
