"The house was amazing for our early Christmas celebration. It was decorated with Christmas lights and a beautiful Christmas tree in the main living room. It was so nice to have that special touch. EVERYONE had something to do. The teens would disappear for hours and had so much fun in the gym and game room. The mess hall as my family called the dining area and kitchen were well-equipped for a large group. It was awesome to have 2 dishwashers and 3 sets of washers and dryers. Everyone had so much fun and that hot tub is AMAZING. It does fit a bunch of people. Watching the sunrise over that lake in the hot tub was breathtaking. We found ourselves just staring outside quietly because it was that beautiful! Every room was beautiful and there were beds everywhere! It was fun to hear the laughter and stories in the bunk rooms. The owner Michael checked on us and was available whenever we needed him. We had a couple of minor issues and he was so responsive. The house provided the foundation for everything to make the time we spent here so special. Loved every part of our experience and my family will never forget it! Thank you!!"

"We had an excellent stay for our family reunion here. It was easy to book, the hosts were very responsive with our questions, and we loved the location right in Garden City with lake access.The kitchen was great and had the things we needed for a few meals. We did bring some paper plates, but there were a lot of plates and a dishwasher that made it really convenient. There was also good fridge and freezer space upstairs and downstairs and a smaller fridge in the guesthouse.The bunkroom was awesome and was remodeled a bit so everything was nice. The family commented on how nice the decor was.The kayak and paddleboard was nice to have when playing in the water and there were a few life jackets and floaties for the little kids.The beds took a little planning, but we were able to make it work and everyone ended up happy.We would definitely stay here again!"

"Large family gathering and the space was perfect for us. It right in the heart of the city within walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions. However, it is very quiet and private since 3 sides are basically fields and open spaces. The host was excellent to work with."
