"Our stay at Lake Effect Lodge was amazing. Property management was very accommodating, responsive with questions, and easy to work with. I mentioned to Adis that I was booking the Lake Effect Lodge for my retirement party as a gift to my family to show my gratitude for a lifetime of support throughout my career. When we arrived, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome card and small gift congratulating me on my retirement and offering their assistance to make our week there a special celebration. They go out of their way to try and provide an exceptional experience for their guests. The house is beautiful and in very good condition. We had oodles of room for our kids and grandkids with spacious bedrooms and living areas. The large deck was a favorite place to hang out, eat and relax. The new lawn with lawn games, and the playground were a big hit. The access to Ideal Beach with their facilities was a huge bonus. Our time at Lake Effect Lodge created a lifetime of cherished memories for our family. Thank you!"

"This was the perfect family friendly home! It had all the amenities as listed and was very clean. We had plenty of space to gather and hang out together. The rooms with bunk beds were great for all the cousins to room together. The location can't be beat. It is close enough yet far enough away from town. It felt like being part of a comfortable neighborhood. The swimming pool and pickleball court are an added bonus. The grassy space was great for a game of volleyball. We definitely will go back. Brad was very easy to work with."

"Clean and comfortable throughout. Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the large bedrooms. All bedrooms on the main and upper level had their own bathroom. Kitchen was nice and was well stocked. Overall, very happy and one of the nicer homes we have stayed at in Garden City"
