The Newly Renovated, Two bedroom, One Bathroom, Ground Floor property will enable you to Relax, Unwind and Holiday in Style!
Sand and Sea offers a bright open plan living area featuring a 50 inch Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, WiFi, Air-Conditioning and Heating.
The kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a fully equiped Kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a large hot water system. The dining Table Seats 4, as well as a Comfortable Lounge Room.
There is a Shared Laundry with Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer.
Plenty of on street parking is available. We have extra Storage for Surf Boards or Bikes in the Garage (though it won’t fit a car).

Main Bedroom: 1 x Luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV, Block-out Blinds, Ceiling Fan and Built-in Robe.

This property is superbly located across from Sawtell Beach and a short walk to a number of restaurants and Cafes. The property is in great condition and is as advertised.
