If more family oriented places like the big 4 s where here that run at a lower cost with better facilities this place would die. I met people that travel to coffs for relaxation and they pay for this"

"The rooms can do with a update, no smart tv, no microwave, not even any spoons for coffee. Plus need to do something about the smell in foyer. Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and tidy."
