The beautiful granite kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave convection oven, dishwasher, electric fan oven, and appliances, and all crockery and utensils are supplied.
The laundry houses an automatic washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. And with a double lock-up garage everything is accommodated.
Locality
Approximately 400m from Sawtell's Fig tree-lined First Avenue, with its cafes, restaurants, pub, cinema, post office and shops, and a further few hundred metres to the beach.
Set overlooking grassland and 12 tennis courts, Kooringal has all the space you need to sit back and relax with family and friends. No pets allowed

We stayed in this accommodation while we were in town for work. The house was very well located and had everything we needed making it a very comfortable stay. We will use this accommodation again when working in Coffs Harbour next time.
We really enjoyed our week at this property in Sawtell. Everything our family needed was provided. We found it to be a very relaxing comfortable home and being within walking distance of the village and beach was superb.
Great place to stay so homely and well looked after. Excellent access to overall coastal area of sawtell n Coffs Harbour region We will be going back such a relaxing time away with all amenities required Close to fishing beach n retail shopping and great cafes n restaurants

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable with many extra comforts and staples provided by the owner/s. Lovely peaceful back deck and very close to town and the beach. Super close to the Coffs sports stadium. Highly recommend.
Had a great couple of days. Place was comfortable. Only thing to mention is the add should probably mention this is not a stand alone house but that someone is living underneath.
We are three elderly ladies, from ninety down. The house has a lovely homely feeling which appealed to us. We were able to walk to Sawtell which was nice. The house was lovely and clean, and the beds 🛏️ very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.
Family with teens staying in Sawtell for a sport tournament. The home is an easy 9 minutes drive to the Coffs international stadium. It is in a great location, walking distance to the main street and the ocean memorial pool. Watching a movie at the historic cinema is also a great experience. Narelle greeted us on arrival allowing us to stay in her home, with a BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine, rocking chairs and pantry items.
We visited Coffs for the Snapper Fishing Tournament & combined this with a holiday. It was important to have access to a garage for our boat. Upon request, Norelle ensured we could use the garage. Korringal was a perfect home away from home. A beautiful property. Easy & prompt communication with the owner.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, Kooringal house was very comfortable and homey, with well appointed kitchen and very conveniently located for our visit, and we will definitely look it up when we next come up to Coffs and also recommend to others!

Fantastic Accomodation, everything you need when away from home. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Owner was fabulous and renting for the week was so easy and communication was fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again in the future.
This house was amazing. It's a great location, easily walkable to everywhere but nice and quiet. The balcony got a variety of birdlife and this was so peaceful and relaxing. King bed was superbly comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again very happily. Emma

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Well located just a few minutes walk from the Sawtell Main Street which has a lovely laid back vibe. Coming from the far south of Australia, we would have appreciated the option of air-con, but soon acclimatised & got the hang of airflow & ceiling fans.
We really enjoyed this lovely home, the host was very generous with providing sporting equipment & pantry items ,although we bought heaps of food with us due to dietary requirements.It is in a great spot, very quiet at night.The home is very comfortable with lots of room for all.We would recommend it highly!
The spacious 3 bed rooms gave us lots of private space. the generous lounge area and attached balcony allowed both indoor and outdoor relaxing and dining.
A nice stroll down to the main village shops for coffee.
