"Breakfast was simple but enough. Some of the best snorkeling we found across the island was off the beach of the hotel. The use of kayaks made it really fun to kayak to the nearby bay and over towards the nearby Hilton bungalows. The property has older furnishings but we didn’t plan to be in our room much and turned out we Weren’t so it worked well for us. I’d recommend renting a car or scooter if staying here to help ease with exploration of the island"

We had 3 nights at Linareva which we enjoyed a lot. We had just been at the Hilton for a little more luxury, but enjoyed our stay on the West side of Moorea. The fares are great, we used the kitchenette to prepare meals, and it was nice to have our own private space. The owner's are very friendly and helpful, Roland was great for advice and help. We would highly recommend one of the beach villas, the view is beautiful! This place is really close to lots of great local restaurants all in walking distance. Next door there is a aquatic hire which is really handy. But the highlight of our stay here was the lady at reception, she was more than helpful and really friendly. She went over and beyond for us and really made our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

A wonderful place to relax, snorkel and read several good books in luxury. The location is picture perfect - what you see is what you really get- no filter! We stayed two nights in a luxury overwater Bungalow as a treat at the end of our stay on Moorea. Everyone should do this at least once in their life, and Sofitel does it very well. The room is large and roomy and clean with a small glass viewing panel in the floor near the balcony and beautiful ocean views. My wife and I stayed in the beachside bungalow for only one night at the end of our trip to Moorea but wished we found the place earlier. Huge bungalow with two double beds and a kitchen. Big table on the porch just metres from the sea to enjoy meals. There is great snorkelling within swimming distance and kayaks available if you want to travel further out on the reef. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Delightful hotel ideally situated across the road from the ferry terminal with direct views of Moorea from restaurant, rooftop bar and rooms. Amazing modern rooms, very comfortable bed, and great shower. The French restaurant opens for lunch and dinner and was amazing; the rooftop bar had a DJ, yummy pizzas and drinks. Breakfast available on ground level cafe very funky. Front desk Staff were so helpful and we were given an upgraded room. Amazing stay and will definitely stay here again.
