"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

A lovely and quirky hotel in an excellent location, just a few hundred yards/metres and you are through the city walls. City and the Mura di Lucca are spectacular!
