"The staff at the hotel was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and had just the right amount of space. Also the rooms are outfitted with a great coffee machine and free water. May sound strange, but the shower in the room is amazing - something that is a wonderful luxury after sight seeing all day."

"We stayed at the hotel for a family occasion. We tried to check in at 1:30pm, room wasn't ready, reception didn't ask if we wanted to leave luggage. When we got to our room the accommodation was basic and clean. The breakfast was good the next morning, staff could have friendlier and more attentive. We went to the Leisure Centre, the pool area is absolutely filthy, tiles hanging off the walls. The Jacuzzi was dirty and had a really bad smell off the water. The sauna and steam room need a full refurb "

"Loved the hotel and the view. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that at breakfast we were ignored several times. Brought meal out but no toast as ordered. Had to ask three times for toast and reply was will bring it out. Then we watched other tables receive meals and toast while we waited. Finally manager came by and we asked again. She immediately took care of it. Paid for breakfast with credit card. Then at check out it was on our bill. Manager, front desk, cleaning staff excellent. The young lady server that morning at breakfast ignored requests for toast yet served toast to tables around us. Manager once again was excellent "
