Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Minor suggestions: a dresser to put belongings in (there were shelves near shower, but not enough room for all of our belongings) and perhaps a place to set or hang keys/purse near the door. Also, didn’t see an ice machine. Of note, there’s a gravel path with slight incline that leads to the casitas, so you must carry your bags to your room. Overall, our stay was truly so nice here! The front desk staff weee so nice and helpful w/recommendations, and we loved how peaceful this location was! Comfy beds, AC worked great, & pool was perfectly warm too ☺️"
