"The best part of this hotel is the staff. While the hotel is not in the best area of Lima, it is close to the airport. So if you're coming to town for a short time, and want to be close to the airport, I can definitely recommend this place. I stayed at the Bayview ten years ago when it was a nicer place, I guess the pandemic deteriorated business. The attention paid to the customers, however, hasn’t changed a bit. "Hotel is located in Callao so 5 mins drive to airport, but I wouldn’t choose to go walking around at night. Perfect for overnight airport stop if a few hours. Room basic and clean, shower and towels. Also sell water/ couple drinks if you have run out. Unfortunately taxi pick up didn’t arrive but found someone safe to take me, ( arrived at midnight) but transfer straight forward in the morning. Very reasonable price £20."
