My husband was traveling a lot and ended up staying here several times a month. Loved the location, clean, accessible, everything you need, and he mentioned that stuff and the people at the front desk were always professional and very helpful. The hotel is close to Kennedy Park, where the hub center of great restaurants and eateries, shopping, 2 department stores, and of course, Manolo!

The property was immaculate and the architecture was magnificent. The hotel feels like luxury back in time, holding to craftsmanship of old and polished as if it were brand new.

I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Their breakfast which was included was spectacular! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We could set the temperature of our room which was wonderful! The location was great as well. They offer a free walking tour everyday which I highly recommend. Loved this place. We will definitely be going back!!

"This hotel is not as the airport as described. You can’t take the walkway as described. You have to get the bus to the old, no longer operational airport about 20 minutes away. Very misleading description. There is a Wyndham at the airport that you can walk to but this hotel is not it. Otherwise ..."
