This 20m² studio is ideally located in a charming residence in the heart of Le Pouldu.



Facing the sea, this studio was refurbished in 2017. Its contemporary decor in seaside colors is the key to its charm. A practical, fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy your meals. The sofa bed has been carefully chosen for its comfort and ease of opening.

The bathroom features a large shower, vanity unit and toilet.



The living area

- Plenty of storage space is available: an entrance cupboard, overhead cupboards for your suitcases, storage space in the kitchen and bathroom.



- You'll find all the linens you need for your stay.

- an ingenious table that opens to seat 6, folds up and down and becomes a coffee table.

- Practical: a private lockable storage room is located on the ground floor. You can leave all your beach gear there.

- The studio is quiet and very well insulated, as the windows are new and double-glazed.

- An electric blind can be used to completely block out the light for a good night's sleep. The switch is located near the sofa, so you can open the shutter from your bed and wake up to an ocean view!
