"It is a lovely hotel in a tranquil area. We stayed in the Barley room in the Miller’s House and very much enjoyed having breakfast on the porch. Great for a relaxing getaway!"

"Great stay! Hosts were great with communication! Had a slight issue at check in, by no way could have been avoided by host, and as soon as we notified them it was taken care of. We barely left the place the entire time we were there. Very peaceful. Lots of deer and turkey! Hot tub was fabulous. Home had everything we needed. Great stay! Very relaxing and well maintained"
The Best Getaway on Craig's Creek

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Cabin on Craig. The setting is so serene and peaceful, the home is well equipped, and we really appreciated the extra towels, tubes, kayaks, and firewood. Our boys loved fishing and playing in the creek. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable, too. Check-in was a bit stressful due to some wasp nests right at the front door, which we were able to remedy with some raid that was thankfully easy to find. Also the AC had not been turned on so it was 95 degrees inside the home which took a significant amount of time to cool to a comfortable temperature given the extreme heat that day. These were minor in the grand scheme of things and the owners were very communicative and apologetic. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it for anyone who wants to decompress in the great outdoors. I can imagine this would be beautiful in the fall with changing leaves. Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Mitch and Bobbie!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary getaway. The location was perfect and peaceful and central to everything we wanted to do, especially the trail and Lake Moomaw. We will definitely be back for another visit and have already told all our friends about it. Gary and Pam are phenomenal and by far the best hosts I've ever experienced."
