"This is now our favorite place we have stayed! Sooooo many thoughtful touches! And our hist and hostess has been so very kind - she even left us a little baked treat since we were here to celebrate both of our birthdays! I would give a 10-star review if I could! Thank you for a lovely, peaceful stay in such a beautiful location! We appreciated all your wonderful recommendations and enjoyed our time here so very much! We are already looking for reasons to come back and stay here again."

"DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT even consider staying here! The property looks 100 times worse than the pictures online. When we arrived, there is no one staffing the hotel. There was a note to go to their sister property, Magnuson Hotel, to check in. Asked there if it would be possible to stay there for the night instead. They did have a room, and the only reason we stayed was the room had already been paid for and no refund was available. BIG MISTAKE!!! The oder of pot permeated the hotel. It’s a long stay unit and people were sitting outside their rooms openly smoking pot and drinking. "

"Very comfortable house. Kitchen has most any cooking items someone would need. The sleeping porch is a great place to enjoy the view of the creek. The gas fireplace kept things cozy in the evening. "

"We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Stacy our host was very helpful and responsive. Hillcrest is well located, absolutely beautiful, the accommodations were amazing with beautifully appointed bedroomscand bathrooms.the kitchen has two of everything! We found everything pefect for our family of thirteen. We enjoyed the porch, the hot tub, played games in the yard. It couldn't have been more perfect!"
