CASA LAGUNA - RV LOT ONLY 3 BLOCKS TO LAKE WHITNEY
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"We recently bought a camper and have been traveling around Central Texas looking for a lake to buy some property on. This was our first time at Lake Whitney. It is a pretty lake, close to family and very laid back and relaxing. The RV spot is large and shady, with a firepit and all the hookups necessary. It is a great location, in the neighborhood close to Whitney Ridge marina. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Waco Creekside is close enough to Waco and the other attractions in the area but far enough out to enjoy the natural setting. While it is still clearly new with more amenities to come, the cabins and treehouses are very well done with a lot of attention paid to the details that make it a great home base for exploring. We stayed in a treehouse that was small but well executed. We would definitely go back for future trips to the area."

"Our stay was beautiful short and sweet. We came in for a 1 night stay because I was visiting my sister in Hobby Unit Prison which is 40 min away. 2 hours before we checked in the property manager called me personally to let me know that the unit I originally wanted (The Starling) was having problems with electricity and that the lights were not working. He gave me the choice of two of treehouses and I chose the CedarWaxling. All and all I am happy with our stay despite moving cabins. It has...

"What a great place to stay! There are several in this part of Lake Whitney that are either new, well-maintained, or just remodeled. It was just the two of us, but a larger group could reserve several spots near each other!"

"Overall a good time. Had some bad weather, but we faired well. The property was as advertised. Really liked the location. There were a couple of issues, one was problems with the grill, and the other was not being able to use the dock for and day and a half. This was our sole reason for getting this property. Once it was fixed we used it a lot. Lots of fishing, swimming, floating, and yes jumping off the cliff. We all had a good time."
