"Excellent location behind Brighton train station, so great for getting checked in and out at end of stay and easily walkable into main centre of Brighton city. Impressively grand open reception space and really friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and well-organised and keen to fix issues where they arose. View was out to the train station next door, so not pretty and kept the windows closed for train traffic noise, but not really an issue. Food in the restaurant was nicely presented city...

"The accommodation was fine. We went to the restaurant 2 nights and both nights the food was very average, staff was slow and waited 25 minutes for a drink, when we complained the Manager advised to tell us he was short staffed like that was our problem, he would of been better to just apologise. "

"The service was excellent and our bed was very comfortable. The place is in need to repair, but we were aware that this has recently been approved by the council (as it’s a listed building).
