Really pleased with this hotel, so convenient when flying from Gatwick and arriving by train. Although the hotel is in the South Terminal and we flew from the North it only took a few minutes to go between the terminals on the free train. The room was small but had everything we needed, and there was enough space for our 23kg of luggage each, totally soundproofed, comfy bed and pillows, had a really good night's sleep. Easy check in. Complementary tea and coffee station and you get discount on some of the shops and food outlets. I would definitely book this hotel again.
