Reception was quick and didn't provide the WiFi information. Warm water in bath not working,asked 3 times to check. Bathroom not clean for curtains and floor.

I like Motel six because the rooms “feel“ very sanitary.This is largely because there are neither carpeted areas nor fluffy furniture in the rooms where insects and microbes tend to hide.

Quick stay, we were in and out in less than eight hours, but we were very happy with it. Hallways and elevator were a little dingy but our room was spotless and beautiful. Convenient check-in & check-out. Nothing fancy but did what we needed - would stay again if in the area.

The place needs to be retired, torn down or abandoned, pick one. It’s very old and run down. Staff were friendly and helpful. We came back to the room to find a puddle on the floor. The ceiling was leaking from the rain. Windows leak, had mould. I would not go back. Great price but I would find something in better condition.

Bathroom was disgusting! Toilet was filthy! I had to buy disinfectant wipes to disinfect everything! If we weren’t in a bind with nowhere else stay, we would’ve left!

The cart carrying luggage to the room was wobbling. The remote to the tv did not allow access to the captioning. There was no warm or hot running water in bathroom sink thus did not use the shower for that reason. When I commented these items to the office clerk all I received was a shrug. There was no apology given it was that attitude that bothered me the most.

It is a place that I rented the same day that I arrived in Cleveland, it is not bad I know that it is a budget motel but the room had a cigarette smell and the room was not marked as smoking

Fairly run down property—hallway quite worn and dirty, quite a bit of noise at Midnight. Evening clerk pretty rude / inpatient during check in. Bed and room were ok, but rest of experience were not.

The hotel was old but that wasn't the problem it was very dirty... At 2:00 a.m. someone was trying to get into our room the hotel tried to rent our room to someone else after we rented it.. Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere..
