Getting Around:
Navigating the area and exploring Cleveland's gems is a breeze from our location. Here's how you can get around:
Cleveland Bus: With efficient and regular city bus services available, you can easily access various parts of the city and its surrounding areas.
Rideshares: Uber and other rideshare programs are actively servicing the area, offering quick and convenient transportation options right at your fingertips. Whether you're heading to a specific landmark or coming back from a late-night outing, you'll always have a ride ready.
Parking: If you're driving, you won't have to fret about parking. Multiple paid parking garages are situated nearby, providing secure spots for your vehicle.
Combining public transport with rideshares ensures that every corner of Cleveland is within your reach, making your stay both enjoyable and hassle-free.
Free parking is not available downtown, there are a few paid parking garages in the area, and we highly recommend Tower City Center Garage. This parking facility is connected to the building where you will be staying, and they also provide valet parking services.
Their rates:
Up to 1 hour: $6
1 to 4 hours: $10
Over 4 hours: $16 (daily maximum)
Time resets after 4am.
If parking continues, a new daily rate will apply, up to another $16.
There is also parking at the casino, and we believe it may be around $15 or $20 per night, but haven't confirmed this. You'd also have to walk through the casino.
Please note that hourly/daily prices MAY VARY. Additionally, we believe that none of the garages in Downtown observe in/out privileges. Feel free to contact them for more detailed information; their numbers can be found on Google, as we are not directly affiliated with them. We are not directly connected to any parking garages in Downtown.
Other Things to Note:
Your health and safety are paramount. We adhere to a rigorous cleaning regimen after each stay. If your desired dates are booked, or you're with a larger group, please check our profile for more offerings in Cleveland. We appreciate your understanding.
GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

PPets are allowed, but size restrictions apply, with a limit of 50lbs. Please inform us in advance and be transparent about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Please note that there are additional fees associated with bringing a pet, separate from the cleaning fees. These fees are as follows:
1-4 Nights: $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300
Please note that there is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, and only cats and dogs are permitted. If discovered afterward, these fees will double.
In addition to your initial reservation costs, all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and any other payments made during your stay are strictly non-refundable.
