I was very disappointed with my stay this weekend. I called 10 hrs before my check in for an early check in and was told I would receive early check in. Once I get there I’m told I couldn’t check in early. I’m already extremely tired so I come back at my scheduled time and was then told that I couldn’t check in because there was an issue with there washers. After 2 hours of waiting to check in my day ways ruined, the plans I had for the day went out of the window because I couldn’t check in and prepare. I was highly disappointed

People kept slamming doors all night, there was some sort of party and music and loud obnoxious people kept going up and down the hall ways. The pool was rowdy and overcrowded. The hot tub had loose gravel and it was painful and scratchy. It was just overall run down. Maybe in the future let your customers know if there was a party going on.

The facility is beautiful. The staff courteous and attentive. There were a couple of maintenance items needing attention and they were promptly addressed and corrected. Could not ask for more. Now the room gets a 5 star

Great place to stay the night. The short walk to The Winking Lizard is a plus. The elevators seem to be broken each time though.

The inside is nice but once I got to my room it wasn’t very clean the and the next morning I was going to shower to find out the shower handle doesn’t even work luckily it was around check out time so I was just happy to leave.

Getting older, and in need of repair. There were somewhat suspicious air, freshener and carpet freshener odors in various spots. Plugs didn’t work, Wi-Fi went out, in other words several little things that seem to add up to a property that needed to be refurbished.

Hotel rooms were dirty, hair was found in the bed. Swimming pool had scum on top, hot tub didn't work, elevators rarely worked. Will not stay here again.

Hot tub was broken - Elevator was broken, had to use the stairs - Ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor so we had to walk down the hall, down the stairs, down the other hall just to get ice so I can ice my bad knee 3 times daily!!!!!!! Pool had a film of who knows what and I went in to look at it and a group of 3 guys there offered me 100 dollars if I'd jump into the CESSPOOL! Multiple hairs in the shower and something nasty on the pillowcase!!!! I expressed my concerns to Josh at the front desk as my room card didn't work after getting ice..... yeah, I had to walk back down, and I was told nothing can be done since I booked the hotel through Expedia!!!!!!!

Had to change rooms three time and ceiling was peeking Brown stuff on to the bed and one room the locks didn’t work and the next room the bathtub faucet handle was broken and you could not get water

The rooms have outdated decor, tiny bathrooms and the tubs drain very slow. The ac/heat was very noisy so they switched our room. The second room the tub drained slow as well and there was hair stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom. Ripped wallpaper in the bathroom and a large crack in the shower tile. The concrete popcorn ceiling is unappealing and the person that checked us in was less than friendly. Overall it is unimpressive to say the least

The customer service was terrible, the people were extremely rude and I waited 10 minutes at an empty check in counter when I could clearly hear someone who was supposed to be at the desk…Then the woman checked me into the wrong room so my internet didn’t work and the staff called me extremely late with a rude tone as if it was my fault…. The rooms are DISGUSTING, everything was dirty, stained and dingy…. The hotel is run down and out of date… terrible experience. Will never go back again…

I was very disappointed in this hotel. It was run-down and out-of-date. Carpeting was beat, ceiling in the restaurant had water damage, no USB charging ports in the room. It just seemed like it needs a major upgrade.

We left our room at 8:30am expecting upon our return that evening, that our room would have been cleaned. It wasn't. We approached the front desk attendant about the issue. He had to finish his personal call first and showed no concern about our issue. The next morning, we tried to check out with a different front desk attendant who was on a personal call as well. She proceeded to give us someone else's final statement. It's clear the staff doesn't care about their guests. There are many other hotel options in the area that we will certainly choose next time. It's not what we expected when we chose a Hilton property.

The light at the entry door was out as well as at the bed side table I called front desk to let them know but no one came to fix the issue. Very aggravating as the room was dim without the lights. But the shower was fantastic.

The room i was staying in 110 had an adjoining room door that someone was trying to get in. The kids were very loud and was knocking on doors and running up and down the corridor. 12/30/2023 - we had to leave the hotel this was a complete waste of time for us, we couldn't even hear the tv. I recorded it and I'm sure hotel security has the tape. I would like a full refund, thank you for your time.

Kids and Hockey won’t be there again!
Remote on the tv didn’t work, Had to call for a new one, carpet needed to be vacuumed really bad on our floor. There was garbage on the floor in different areas. Only 1 elevator was working. Inside the elevator it was dirty. There was several kid hockey teams staying there and no adult supervision. They were running up and down our hallway throughout the night. Didn’t sleep at all the first night . We complained at the desk . Kids were playing in the 1 elevator too. We complained because we needed to go up to our room. I’ve stayed at the hotel before and after this experience I won’t be back. Front desk staff were helpful but I think they needed to accommodate me in someway.
