Breakfast is not included in your stay. I was moved to three different hotel rooms due to there being pubic hairs stuck in old soap scum in the soap within the shower. One of the rooms did not have toilet paper or a shower curtain. The final room that they put us in did not have any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I just cleaned the shower myself. It’s pretty rough. The staff is nice, but obviously cleaning is not a priority here. The property is very old and dilapidated. I would never ever stay here again.

The hotel is in need of an update. Worth the price..is questionable. I didn't expect it to be super fancy but carrying the Wyndam name, I expected better. Clean room: no. Sure if had been dusted and wiped down. But between finding a hair on my pillow, stained couch cushions, sticky carpet by the bathroom. 3/5. Staff: only 2 full size towels for a king size room. Called to request more but told that staff just got there at 9:30. Do not disturb door hanger went missing first night. Room never cleaned and towels never received. Staff told us in passing only working ice machine on the 2nd floor. 2/5. Business- friendly- good selection of ballrooms and Amphitheater style conference room. No instructions on how to use phones in the room. Kitchen- not sure. Only way to view menu was listed on the sandwich board. No menus in room or number to call for room service. Breakfast not included and buffet was $14. It smelled good.

There was leftover trash underneath our bed such as a liquor bottle (Jack Daniels) that I threw away and no staff present for at least 15 mins late night when trying to use the gift shop/snack shop. Many other individuals were also waiting to be taken care of when I walked away.

Don't stay at this location until it is completely updated. It looks like scenes out of a horror movie you're unsure the elevator's going to work, as you walk around the place on the first floor You have wallpaper with holes in it a door missing a handle that you could have peep through to see the other side, place wreaked of chlorine or we depending on which floor you are on. They did not check the room before giving it to us to make sure everything was adequate.

As a housekeeper myself, this place was dirty. I had to clean my own room. It was rose petals in my room under the room in the couch bed. Sauce on the wall. Hallways dirty, rails in the elevator came off when my mom held it. Dog poop in the hallway. It was terrible. The staff was good tho. I told them to hire me and I’ll show them how to detail clean and more.
