"Our stay was fine. The only thing I was disappointed with was the soap and lotion that came in the room. I like clean with no perfumes because of allergies. The soap was in a bottle and had a very strong oder and a masculine scent. I went to eat with family and they commented on the loud masculine scent from the hand soap and lotion. I also didn’t feel comfortable washing my face with this soap for fear my face would break out because the scent was so strong. "

"The facility and the staff were excellent. Reception was wonderful and welcoming. And the location was actually very nice. However, no fault of the hotel, but there seems to be a street racing issue in the area, and the noise of the racing vehicles through the night was excessive. "

There are no in-room safes (!?), the dresser drawers don't stay closed, the cable line-up card only listed the first half of the channels (!?), and the key card system to operate the elevators and rooms were balky.."
