"Property is very outdated. While clean, it screamed out 1970’s fashion decor. The exterior door B was broken. Directed us to door C which was barely hanging on. No elevator to second floor so we had to carry all our luggage etc up the stairs. Room was clean but again, needs a major update. "It was under renovation during my stay so the exterior was sorta crowded and torn up, but I completely understand that we must stay on top of repair and updates. All the crew working outside were very pleasant along with the front desk and breakfast crew. "I love taking bubble baths. So I brought my own sanitizing wipes to clean out the bathtub. Other than cleaning bacteria, the tub was spotless. My wipes were perfectly white as I cleaned the bathtub. The bathroom was spotless! There were no bedbugs on the bed. I brought my spray just in case. Remember to stay at the NORTH ES on Orange Place do not stay at the south one on the same street. this one is corporate owned. There is a difference. Location is perfect for going to Browns events it’s fine! "
