"Brief stay, room had all we required - extremely comfortable bed & tea/coffee making in room for the morning. Lovely raised terrace out the front of hotel to have a drink in the late afternoon sun."
"The location was ideal for a night before a flight early the following dsy from Bristol airport. Very convenient and quick access, room was fine, however the walls between the rooms must be paper thin as we could hear other guests talking and moving about."

"The perfect spot to stay when you have an early flight ✈️ from bristol airport. Which is only a 5 minute walk away. "
"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "

"A lovely flat in an enviable position, with ample amenities close by and allocated parking - making it ideal for a week long getaway to an area we’ve not explored before.
The flat was immaculately clean and great attention to detail by the housekeeper, with handy guidance notes on various aspects, which were helpful. Extra towels were provided, which was a nice touch. The weather was cold so the electric fire in the lounge and the heated towel rail in the bathroom were handy to supplement the storage heating. (There was also another heater available, which we didn’t need). Thoroughly recommend Scoozi Italian restaurant, who also offer a takeaway menu and Tiffin cafe a couple of minutes walk away was great for brunch. Would definitely stay here again.
