"This place is a dump. Almost EVERY guest room door has peeling paint. There is garbage and cig. butts all over the parking lot. My room had 1 small desk light for the entire room and one of the bulbs was missing. There was peeling paint on the room ceiling and bathroom door. One bathroom ceiling panel was missing and another had bad water stains. The bathroom towel rod was missing. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the showerhead. Bathtub drain didnt work and the tub was filling when I took a shower. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes when checking in due to clerk was outside having a smoke. Never had the breakfast because room was dark 20 minutes after it was supposed to be open. I cannot believe Wyndham allows their name on this horribly run property. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The refrigerator did not work in our room and I have a type 1 diabete with insulin . . The lady at the desk was helpful and put it in the fridge downstairs with our name on it. Then our bathroom dripped all night and our air didn’t work. When I came down to get the insulin in the morning the man at the desk said yes she left me a note about that and got me my sons things but when I told him about the air and tub he didn’t care nor did he seem to want to listen. I was not very happy … Also the hot tub was not in working order which was part of the reason I book this one."

"I had reserved a suite, the room was very dirty, missing hair dryer, dirty floor, stains on walls etc.. I asked if we could change rooms and they did allow us to do so. The second room was equally as dirty but in different ways. Stained bedding, looks like it was used, dirty sink, dirty floor with little things all over it. My family couldn’t stay there, we had to leave. Hoping Expedia will help me get my money back. I travel regularly and this is the first time I’ve ever left a hotel without staying. The front desk staff was very nice."
