"The beach view from my fiance and I was fantastic. Didn't get the opportunity to explore the hot tub for this visit, Maybe next time, if all goes well. They made it so very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. I'm very, very much. It's respectful and well-mannered. The rose neat and clean I would choose. I need to come back to this hotel every visit. As long as the prices are right."

"I was at Rehoboth for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. The management changed our checkout time allowing an extra 2 hours, allowing me to shower as checkout after the race. This was not expected and greatly appreciated. Thank you!"

"Close to beach there's a restaurant on the 8th floor. If you have a pet room they will not provide housekeeping breakfast a little crazy "

"There was weed smell in the hallways, $10 parking, but no way to tell if just anyone off the street was parking there, a big van taking up 2 spots while the parking was very tight. Balcony door handle half falling off, reported it, no one ever came up. No one should have to deal with weed smell down the hallways. The hotel had all winter to fix issues like a broken door handle."

"Clean rooms"

"Heat didn’t consistently work. Black mold in tub stopper and hair in tub. Went to get into room and batteries on door lock was dying. Spent 30 mins with desk clerk at check in trying to get into room and then by sheer luck I got in. The next morning the desk clerk and main guy tried telling us there was nothing wrong with the door and then I had to escort the maintenance gentleman up so he could see the lock wasn’t working. Turns out the batteries were indeed dying/dead and that’s why we couldn’t get in. Spent more time trying to get into the room and cleaning the room. Should not have to do this. Stayed here prior and was great but has fallen into disrepair in recent times. "
