"BEWARE. Not as described! Our room was dirty with food left in the fridge that smelled. Asked for another room, keys were not activated correctly. Once in our room, someone unlocked our door, and came in. It was the general manger! There is a sign on the door stating the hotel doors were locked from 11pm-6am for the safety of the staff and guests. Thank you Hotels.com for refunding us. *I do want to state how the staff was friendly and nice*"

"The pool was still ‘closed for Winter’ even though this is one of the busiest weekends of the year - Graduation. Poor planning, and furthermore not noted in booking in advance, or communicated after booking and before arriving."
