We had a meal there which was on the pricey side but the food was exquisite. There was a choice of different breakfasts. We selected the Eggs Royale which was beautifully presented and delicious. Good value for money. Overall a really enjoyable stay. "

Breakfast was good although a little early for us, it was served from 7 to 8.30. Overall we would recommend it. Very convenient for the park and ride into Stratford."

Staff were excellent, I had a large clean room with a sofa, whilst being slightly dated it was functional and fine for one night. I would stay again. Wi fi was very good and free. Excellent water pressure in the shower. On site bar served decent food."

"The service was great and the locationanazing. The walls however were very thin and we could hear all the noise from the pub and the kitchen downstairs in the morning. Also there was an emergency exit light in the room which was very large and therefore it lit the whole room up and disturbed our sleep. "

The lounge area is spacious with lovely outlook to the garden. The grounds are lovely with an array of bird life. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. Jules and Chris are very hospitable."

A half way stop off
"Great location for a stop off when travelling from Cornwall back to Yorkshire. Pet friendly which suits us with our little dog. The hotel is pretty dated, in need of a refurb, stains on the apholstry & on the bathroom floor (which was actually sticky!) The reception staff was very welcoming & the parking was not an issue. "
