Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. "Beautiful resort, quiet and peaceful, about 20 minutes from Orvieto. Good location to explore parts of Lazio and Umbria regions. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, spacious and wonderful views over the countryside. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast everything was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant one night and that was a wonderful presentation and delicious, great service. We didn't use the pool or spa services, but they looked nice and wished we had more time there to use them."
