If budget is the main consideration for a pre cruise stay, this hotel is acceptable. The location is a bit remote (30 minute walk to the main tourist area) and the property is extremely tired with dusty vents, peeling wallpaper, disappointing A/C and some apparent bathroom mould. If a renovation is not possible, a deep cleaning and cosmetic repair is overdue. The staff are friendly and generally helpful. The restaurant is acceptable. There is a local coffee shop and excellent pizza place nearby. Shuttle to the cruise port was good. There are limited hotel options in Civiitivecchia. If budget is an issue, this is worth a look for an overnight stay.

Transport from airport and from hotel to cruise ship great. Food was good. Except as for sea bass dinner they need to SPECIFY it’s a a whole fish head and everything. When I asked to debone it, they were kind enough to do it however massive amounts of bones were in the meat. Bed comfort is just ok. They need updating . Internet access was good.

The staff were wonderful to deal with. They arranged for us to be picked up at the Rome airport. We then stayed two nights and they also took us to the cruise ship departure center. Some of the property needed to have more regular maintenance.

I chose this property because it was close to the cruise port and they offered transportation from the airport. They were also really helpful in responding to my emails about transportation. The hotel restaurant was great!

Staff were great. Used there shuttle service for a fee from airport which was lower than getting on our own, and again for $5 to Cruise Terminal. Breakfast was fine and we also had dinner at Hotel which was very good. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant not open during our three days there so no other meals. Staff at desk not helpful. Had to handle our own luggage. Not near anything. We will not stay there again.

Parking is reasonably priced and very convenient. There isn’t much so make sure you park early. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good with many options. Unfortunately, the place is super old and in dire need for a renovation. It is a shame that it is stuck in the 1970’s or 80’s with outdated everything. Walls, decor, showers, etc. the air conditioning was weak and you couldn’t lower it below 20.5 and the room felt hot and uncomfortable. The hallways were hot, and you could hear the people in the other rooms. If this hotel was updated, it would be an upscale place. It says it is 4 stars but it felt the same or worse than a 2 star hotel from the states.
