Super clean ! Super nice staff ! 10/10 recommend I love it here only reserved for a day because of an emergency but the breakfast was free and good , they have a mini gym , game room for kids , a laundry place as well overall loved my stay here !

Best hotel to stay at if youre going to the US Consulate. Everything is withint qalking distance and you feel safe. The food never disappointed during the entirety of our stay. The staff and cleanliness: top notch!!

Overall, our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room didn't have any windows, which made it a bit challenging for a 7-day stay. On the bright side, the breakfast was awesome and the staff was attentive. However, the dinner experience was a different story. We ordered enchiladas, but it took a whopping 2 hours to receive our food, and by the time it arrived, it was cold. We had to ask them to heat it up, and they took the plates back to the kitchen. Hopefully, they can improve on the dinner service in the future.

My stay at this hotel was for 5 nights. I picked this hotel because it was just build last year. I wanted a place close to the consulate that would make me feel safe, and this place sure did! All the places you need to go for your Visa appointment are very close, no need to take a ride; you can just walk. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody. My stay included breakfast; everyday was something different and the food was excellent, like for real, it was so good! The staff were very friendly and kind. They have vans on site which is very convenient if you need a ride. It was worth the money!

Fantastic place to stay for consulate business. Friendly, clean, staff is helpful and kind, and the location is super convenient. Definitely go for the breakfast option! It really is a fantastic deal. Only issue we had during our stay is the way ridiculous time wait for food from the restaurant. Wait time from an hour up to hour and a half for simple food choices.

We stayed over a week in a room with a kitchenette. We think we got very good value. Beware that many rooms do not have exterior windows. We would have been unhappy in one of those. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold foods, and a nice daily benefit. Hotel price v value is very good. We had no car, and CDJ is not a walkable city, but this was about as good a location as one could get for walkability in this part of town. We felt we were on the "right" side of the busy highway for meeting daily life needs. A major shopping center is across the street via pedestrian bridge. A nice full service grocery store is about 1/2 mile away. We walked to it. Having the mini market right next to the hotel is a blessing. A number of eating establishments are close by. Our kitchen could have been better stocked. There was just a frying pan-not a pot or sauce pan, for instance, and very limited utensils. And, not even salt and pepper. We made a trip to Walmart to better fit out the kitchen for our stay. The room was very comfortable and the place is quiet. The hotel laundramat was very easy to use and good. Staff is good and pleasant to deal with. It's a newish and very clean place.

This hotel is great. Staff is extremely nice. I stayed at a near by hotel and was very unsatisfied so I switched over to Mesa Luna short and long stay. Laundry, Bistro, and Gym on site and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It’s more expensive than surrounding hotels but it’s worth the money.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful. Most convenient location in town for embassy appointments. Only issue was a foul odor in our bathroom drain. Staff did offer a change in rooms. Overall, great stay.
