The people at the hotel were super friendly and helped us when we had a food delivery issue (delivery guy went to wrong hotel and the hotel team translated and got him to us). The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."
