"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "Great value hotel and close to the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and cool with the air conditioning. It’s a small hotel so breakfast wasn’t extensive but perfectly adequate. "
"The Superior Stay Zagreb was a perfect place for our family of 4 for 3 nights in early July.
The apartment was clean and lots of space for our family. The self check in was easy and the neighbourhood was great. Underground parking closeby and easy to access.
