This was my rhird stay and I have recommended to numerous others who have enjoyed their stay. As good as a 5* hotel. Immaculately appointed and maintained. Owners are in touch and easily accessible. Great location. Higly recommend. I'm going bqck in a few weeks.

Centrally located modern studio

Excellent hotel host who communicated regularly. Comfortable modern suite in a great central location. Had everything you need for cooking but we did not use the kitchen facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking nearby at a cost.

This place was better than I thought it would be!! Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom and shower were excellent. Plus, what a location! Steps from literally everything and right on multiple tram lines. Our room faced to the back of the building and was silent at night, even with windows open! Great place. High recommend.

The apartment was in a good location, but the entrance was not very pristine. They were trash bags all out front. And we are not provided with any parking guy or instructions so we had to find a parking garage on our own, which fortunately was close by. But then we are not told that you need to request for an overnight parking so we had already left the parking garage and it turned out. It cost us over €50 for a 12 hour stay. All this could’ve been avoided if the apartment owners had provided information to us prior to our arrival.There were no amenities within the apartment in the kitchen, except a couple of coffee pods and creamer. And then the toilet stopped up.

Good short stay flat with an excellent location

We had very little information before we stayed here so I am leaving a detailed review to help others. The best part about the apartment was the location - around the corner from the main square in Zagreb although neither taxi company dropped off or picked up at the door due to roadworks. The apartment was clean, had a good shower, had plentiful supplies of towels etc. and the bed was ok. It is on the third floor so as older travellers the lift was essential. The wi-fi was excellent and the communication with the letting agents was by WhatsApp and reasonably quick. The flat was airy (we opened the windows rather than use the ac which we can’t comment on). We used the airport transfer as it is better priced than the airport taxi service and it was very efficient with a friendly driver. Bearing in mind that we are both over 60, the following are the disadvantages. There is no written communication in the flat at all. The entry codes on arrival are more complicated than necessary ( especially as you have probably just got off a plane and have been travelling all day) and there is no reception. There is no food at all in the flat and the cooking facilities are limited making it not ideal for a long stay. There is no view from the flat that we had - this turned out to be a blessing because of the noise from the street where they are renovating the building opposite! The word ‘luxury’ would appear to refer to the size of the flat. If we return to Zagreb we would stay here again.

Nice apartment. The unit is small. Very clean. Electronic door locks were a pain to work with for me. Overwhelming smell of cigarette when you enter the building (not the apartment).

Estupendo para visitar Zagreb

La entrada nos echó un poco para atrás, pero al sibir al piso del alojamiento el panorama cambió, todo moderno e impecable. Está fenomenal situado, se puede visitar Zagreb a pie desde ahí y, aunque no se puede desayunar ahí, en las calles de alrededor hay muchas posibilidades. Totalmente recomendable.

A estada foi incrível. O hotel é extremamente bem localizado e as janelas anti ruído bloqueiam totalmente o barulho da rua. Um agradecimento extremamente especial à Marija. Ela nos ajudou na primeira e nesta segunda reserva, ambas em apartamentos do mesmo grupo. Marija é uma joia; nota 1000 para ela!

안녕하세용>< 5번룸 묵었던 사람입니닷. 여행 자주 다니지만 후기 잘 안쓰는데 너무 만족해서 처음으로 씁니다! 사장님 번창하시고 한국 분들도 오시면 좋을 것 같아요 ✅체크인 체크인 카운터가 따로 없다는데 어떻게 체크인 하는거지? 했는데 별도로 아주 자세하게 체크인 방법 안내 해주십니다!! 왓츠앱 쓰시면 그쪽으로도 안내 와요!! ✅룸컨디션 저렴한 편이라 큰기대 없었는데 엄청 깔끔했어요! 엘리베이터도 있는게 진짜 레전드이고(다른 지역에선 캐리어 들고 끙끙거리며 계단 오르는게 원투데이가 아님) 전자 도어락이어서 열쇠 귀찮게 안 들고다녀도 되서 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ ✅숙소위치 이것도 짱입니다. 제가 오후 7시 숙소도착했는데, 도보거리로 모든게 붙어있어서 자기전까지 도심 구경은 넉넉히 다 했을 정도에요!!

The apartment is close to the main old town area. There are multiple places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk. We did not have a car, but for those with a car an underground 24 hour parking garage is a 2 min walk away. The communication with the staff was excellent. We had a maintance issue and they rectified the problem as soon as possible.

Modern accommodations in city center

Stayed here for two nights. It was very centrally located to all the sights in Zagreb and main restaurants. Communication was clear about how to get into the apartment. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I ended up with a pinched nerve after the first night. Everything was very modern in apartment. Bathroom was large and modern.
