"First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

Really, however, the spa / gym all had an extra cost and the pool as advertised was closed for winter. It certainly looked like I could swim as per the advertisement. "
