"Arrived unable to access apartment due to construction going on which we were unaware of. The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"The apartment is well equipped and has a fantastic balcony with a great view of the sea and the old town of Trieste. We really enjoyed the few days. The location is ideal. The bus stop is right outside the door and you can get to the city centre very quickly by bus. There is also a private parking space for the car and we were even allowed to store our bikes in the landlord's private garage.The contact with Susy and her son was great. They provided us with lots of information about Trieste as...
