"Staff didn’t have any rooms available an hour after check in. Multiple guests were waiting outside for staff to have rooms available. "

"Dirty floors, dirty sheets and towels. When I asked for extra towels, I was told I'd get them delivered to my room in 5-10 minutes and after 30 minutes of waiting, I went back to ask and he made me walk with him to get them. I was there literally only there to sleep and shower. As I was checking out, I heard two different guest complaining about bugs in the rooms. Would not go again"
