"Lovely hotel Wonderful & friendly staff"

"Charming hotel in the center of Cirencester with friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Note that there is no A/C but there was a fan in my room that kept things pleasantly cool. There is no lift so rooms may not be accessible for everyone (but they can help you carry your suitcases to the room). The bathroom has lovely amenities (White Linen) but be careful getting into/out of the tub as it can be slippery. Breakfast is available in the dining room with multiple tasty hot options and a nice cold buffet with cereal, juice, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Coffee & tea are also available in the rooms. (I suggest making coffee in your room since the coffee served in the dining room is mediocre; this was really the only negative of the stay). We had dinner one night in the pub/restaurant and it was very good with plentiful vegetarian options."

"If you are visiting Cirencester, this is an amazing place to stay. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, I stayed in one of their deluxe rooms and it was amazing. They have a great restaurant and bar attached to hotel and the outdoor area is peaceful and relaxing. The piano bar on Friday Saturday nights is great entertainment! The staff are really friendly but not intrusive. Location is perfect, walk into city center in 10 mins and easy driving access to any POI. Definitely come back if I was in area. "It’s a small, family-run hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff personally walked us to our room. The dinner set was reasonably priced and incredibly delicious. Breakfast was great too—everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended! And don’t forget to have dinner there!"
