Uninterrupted water until you meet the opposite shoreline, with nothing but trees on the other side.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲:
Goose Landing sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms, including a ground-floor en-suite and a master with lake views, a balcony and a bath that looks out over the lake. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱:
Set within the beautiful Cotswold Lakes, you’re surrounded by over 180 lakes, woodland trails and quiet village lanes. The landscape feels open, green and peaceful in every direction. It's the perfect space to be active and explore, ideal for cycling, paddle-boarding, or just walking and enjoying the abundant wildlife and fresh air.
South Cerney is only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages. Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, lovely pubs and delightful cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens all lead directly towards scenic lakeside routes, so nature’s nearby even when you’re shopping.
Cirencester is about 10-15 minutes by car and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a rich sense of history. Kemble Station is also close, with direct trains into London, making this spot practical for quick weekend visits as well as longer stays.
𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
A car is ideal for exploring the surrounding villages and lakes. That said, Kemble Station (direct trains from London) is just 7 miles away, and the 51 bus runs from the end of the lane to Cirencester and Swindon. Once you arrive, walking and cycling are great ways to enjoy the peaceful landscape.
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:
The house is dog-friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided. Paddleboard hire is available on request, and decoration services can be arranged for special occasions.
Quiet hours run from 10:30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀:
Everybody finds peace in a different way, and that’s how it should be. From the moment you book, you decide the pace, and we’ll be there to help you plan, and create moments that really matter. It’s that little extra layer of support we offer to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thoughtful service, that never gets in the way of a good moment.
Whether that means a slow morning with a fresh pot of tea and a long soak, or a day out exploring neighbourhoods and nature - we’ll guide you, so it all unfolds just the way you’ve pictured it.

We spent 5 nights here. The standard of accommodation was superb. The owners had thought of everything. Beautiful setting and plenty for the kids to do on the water park as well as nearby.
House was perfect for 6 adults. Clean, spacious, modern. Plenty if room for eating and playing games after dinner. Lovely view over lake with visiting swans.
Cottage was stunning very modern. Perfect location.Me and the family had the best time. Gorgeous peaceful views. Everything we needed. Can't wait to go back soon

A relaxing peaceful stay
Had a fantastic stay with family for a long weekend. The property was spotless (have stayed at other properties managed by Jo and Barry and cleanliness is always excellent)!
We shall return.

Beautiful house in a stunning location
We stayed at Goose Landing for a long weekend and it's a beautiful property in an absolutely stunning location - the deck and balcony overlooking the lake are just gorgeous! The house itself is very comfortable and well equipped with easy access into the Cotswolds Water Park. Our first trip to this part of the world and we'll definitely be back.
The property was outstanding, beautiful views over the lake especially from the master bedroom. Amazing walks from the property to surrounding villages. The only disappointment was no hot tub on the terrace like some of the other properties had but it did not spoil our stay. Great communication with the owners. Thank you
Of course!---We had an absolutely wonderful stay! A huge thank you to James for getting everything sorted and arranged for us. The house was huge and absolutely amazing—beautifully styled and had everything we wanted. It was my sister's 40th birthday, and the cake and Prosecco were such a nice touch. The hot tub was ready and boiling hot, and the bathrobes were a lovely addition. Waking up to the stunning view over the lake in the morning, with frost and such peace and quiet, was absolutely gorgeous. We’ll definitely be returning again!
Beautiful property inside and out. Plenty of space. Well-stocked with everything we needed (including lots of books and games). Loved the ducks and geese greeting us when we arrived.
