"This is the best place to stay in Campos, offering a wonderful mountain atmosphere. The piano room is fantastic, featuring special performances each evening. The food is exceptional, from dinner to breakfast. The property itself is spacious and offers a variety of leisure activities and entertainment options. The spa is also excellent."
"Lugar é um paraíso, jardins lindos e muita natureza, somente sons dos pássaros e do rio, aliás a cachoeira é outro lugar maravilhoso.
A única ressalva é que o chalé Azaleia fica no ponto mais alto e tem muita escada bem íngrime para chegar, é bom estar ciente pois levar toda a bagagem por ela não foi fácil, mas valeu a pena!"
"Por algum motivo, o registro da água das descargas dos quartos foi desligado no sábado, dia 25/01/2025, por volta das 16h e só abriram às 07h30 do domingo. Não tivemos um comunicado sobre isso e todos foram pegos de surpresa. Questionando na recepção, não souberam informar o motivo nem previsão para arrumar.
Para o uso, tínhamos que pegar o cesto de lixo, encher de água na torneira da pia e ir abastecendo a caixa d’água do banheiro para então termos uma descarga para uso. Lamentável."
"Foi maravilhosa a minha estadia, entretanto, o quarto que eu avia escolhido, acreditando que tinha banheira ao chegar no local percebi que as fotos tratava de um outro quarto, com tudo a pousada foi muito perfeita e hospedou-me no quarto com banheiro (eu estava fazendo 22 anos de casado). Para a pousada nota 10 para o hotels.com nota 8."

"We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible.."
"The property is unique, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good with an assortment of breads, cakes, fruits, all types of hot drinks and some hot foods. It was a nice stay! "
"Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc.
All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours.
They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of.
Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water...
"O hotel um pouco afastado da cidade no mximo uns 3 km , bem integrado a paisagem local , o local é super tranquilo e seguro com varias atividades para as crianças os recreadores são realmente muito bons ! O cafe da manha é excelente com muitas opções , o restaurante tambem oferece almoço , jantar o que facilita porque não precisa sair para comer achei que falta algumas opções no cardapio mas fora isso tudo bem"

"Very hospitable
Lovely hotel and nicely decorated
In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions
Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush
Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine.
Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels.
Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool
Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play
Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job
Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night
Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends
Only very few negatives
Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains
Take your own iron
Laundry can get expensive
All in all really happy we chose this hotel
