A Seamless experience in the Brazilian hills

This hotel is an exuberant point of comfort and convenience, from the entrance gates we could see the attention paid to every detail, my family was very well received, we were welcomed and well served by the entire staff, we had no desire to even go out and see the city. I hope to return soon

A area externa da propriedade esta super bem cuidada ja a brinquedoteca pros pequenos deixa a desejar e muito falta brinquedos ( inexistentes) e atividades para os menores de 3 anos! Quartos limpos mas nao tinha agua quente no meu trocaram de quarto depois mas causou incomodo!!! Funcionarios sempre prestativos e educados!

A estrutura do hotel e funcionários são ótimos. Já os quartos são péssimos. Quarto com pó e mofo no teto do banheiro. Me trocaram de quarto super rápido, me deram upgrade de categoria, porém o novo quarto tinha odor de madeira mofada.
