Hermoso hotel Excelente personal Buenos servicios Falta un buen check list para entregar la habitación, tuvimos los siguientes problemas: Calefacción al máximo, el dormitorio fue un sauna la primera noche , la perilla del control de temperatura no funcionaba. La arreglaron en el curso del día. Caja fuerte estaba con el código del anterior huésped, tuvo que venir un técnico para apretar el famoso botón rojo de atrás de la puerta. La lluvia de la ducha botaba el agua para todos lados ( la arreglé quedó impecable)

Es waren wunderbare Tage in einem hervorragenden Hotel mit einem sehr breiten Spektrum an Angeboten für große und kleine Gäste. Der Service ist ganz besonders lobenswert, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit steht das Team einem zur Seite. Sehr bequeme Betten, eine hervorragende Küche in allen Restaurants und zu allen Zeiten. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag der mir einfällt, ist dass nicht immer und überall Musik laufen muss. Auch wenn diese gut gewählt war, wäre diese zum Beispiel nachts, draußen oder abends draußen im Restaurant nicht nötig und man könnte die wunderschönen Naturgeräusche mehr genießen. Aber lasst euch von diesem Vorschlag nicht abblenden, das Hotel ist eines der wunderschönsten Hotels, in dem ich in Lateinamerika gewesen bin, weiter so!

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa. Grande. Lindo. Chique. Ficamos 4 dias em julho. Com a família. O serviço em geral é pessimo. Atendentes mal treinados, room service nao funcionava. Filhas de 5 e 7 anos. Recreadores novos, a maioria homem. Somente quando chegou outra tia me senti mais a vontade, mas precisam e muito melhorar a parte infantil. Restaurante para ps adultos perfeito. Mas para as crianças não. Ou seja. Não acho que hotel é para crianças.

Não falta nada.

Tivemos dias incríveis nesse hotel. Fomos muito bem tratados por todos. Há muitas opções de descanso e de atividades no hotel. É possível se hospedar por alguns dias lá sem a necessidade de sair do hotel. A comida é boa. Os restaurantes têm preço justo e excelente qualidade gastronômica. Retornaremos com certeza!

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Foi tudo muito bom, mas como o hotel estava muito vazio, não colocaram o buffet de café da manhã, o que considero bastante razoável. Na primeira manhã nos trouxeram pequenas porções de tudo que haveria no buffet. Foi maravilhoso e suficiente. No entanto, no segundo dia, trouxeram menos variedade e porções bem menores. Achei que deixou a desejar.

A melhor experiência que tivemos em um hotel até hoje. Desde a chegada, check-in, recepção, atividades e experiências do hotel (fizemos quase todas), tudo impecável e com um nível de qualidade raramente visto em outros locais. Uma aula de como receber bem. Todo o staff foi incrível, mas queremos destacar o Vinicius, que impressionou pela simpatia, acolhimento e dedicação para garantir uma experiência impar para nós durante toda a estadia. Estadia no hotel com atendimento e proatividade dos funcionarios impecavel. Sem adendos quanto a essa parte Ponto negativo fica por conta da televisão necessitar de internet e o wifi do hotel deu problema todos os fias sendo necessario aguardar staff ir ao quarto arrumar e muitas vezes travava no meio dos filmes. Outro adendo quanto ao chuveiro que fica dando instabilidades quanto ao frio extremo e calor extremo. Pontos que nao interferem numa volta a hospedagem quando voltarmos a campos do jordão. Nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! Desde o início, fomos surpreendidos pelo atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, sempre gentis e atenciosos, cuidando de cada detalhe para tornar nossa experiência incrível. O quarto era extremamente confortável, com roupas de cama limpas, cheirosas e de alta qualidade, além de uma cama e travesseiros que garantiram noites maravilhosas de descanso. O banheiro também merece destaque: tudo bem limpo as amenidades eram impecáveis, roupão extremamente confortável e o aquecedor tornou tudo ainda mais aconchegante e delicioso. A estrutura do hotel é extraordinária, mas o que mais nos marcou foi a surpresa preparada para minha esposa em seu aniversário. Eles superaram todas as expectativas, tornando o momento ainda mais especial e memorável. Como hóspede só precisamos sair do Hotel para conhecer algumas atrações, pois há uma pizzaria ótima, um bom restaurante e um bar no próprio Hotel. Gostamos da fogueira ao ar livre (fire place), das piscinas, saunas e jacuzzi. O quarto é relativamente pequeno, porém confortável e bem decorado, com aquecedor de piso no banheiro. Houve a disponibilizacão de duas garrafas de água por dia e dois bombons gratuitamente. O ideal é aproveitar ao máximo a estrutura e as atrações disponíveis, como fizemos na nossa estadia de 4 noites.

Hotel excelente. Apenas um adendo para limpeza dos quartos. Fiquei no chalé, e tinham alguns bichos mortos perto das cortinas dos quartos. Pizzaria e café da manhã extraordinários. Restaurante Kuch mediano.

Atendimento que faz diferença

O Hotel Ort é diferenciado pelo atendimento, não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos lá. Só achei que havia falta de manutenção em alguns itens do quarto. Os restaurantes perfeitos, maravilhosos
