"We had an issue with our aircon on arrival which turned out to be building wide. Carol who was a brilliant front of house changed our room twice so we had aircon. It's a quiet little village but has a couple.of lovely restaurants. I enjoyed a dip in the pool. Unfortunately their spa was shut on Monday when we would have been able to use it. Lovely stay. "

"Firstly the host Micheal was very attentive great tour and house history. The house is massive. Big rooms and lots of room. Parking very handy.The road out the front is quite loud and busy. So if you get the front rooms if your not used to it may be challaging. None of the bathrooms have any curtains which is a challange especially down stairs where the house over the road can see right in :( also the bedding was a little sparse, more options would be better rather than just a sheet and blanket. The house worked really well for us just a few small changes would take it to the next level. For the price it was really a great stay."
