The assistance we received during and after initial check in was marginal. The room was warm and I was unable to get the air conditioning to cool. Jennifer was not able to get it working and the facilities contact, Benoit, was not able get it working. After an hour of trial and error I was able get it to cool. That should not be my responsibility. It would be helpful if there were instructions for how to use the washer and dryer. Once again, we figured it out through trial and error. We liked the location.

Very big appartment with all you need for an amazing stay. The room was clean. Wifi was not very good in the bedroom but good in the living room. Access to the washing machines which was a great plus since we were travelling for a while. We would stay here again!

The property is in a great location, very walkable, and includes parking which really helped in the busy summer month of July. Communication was made quite easy and simple, and the manager was very helpful.
