AVOID!! Total disaster, éviter !

Check in was one hour late, pool was overcrowded due to check-out guest was still there, which the pool security guy stated was normal (no system), but we got no sun chairs so we could not use the pool during our stay, so we ate at the resturant, it was hefty overpriced and barley eatable. The staff was lazy. The hotel is in great need of an upgrade. Just avoid this hotel, you are going to be disappointed.

Je vais quasiment tous les ans depuis 5 ans au Fregate. L’établissement bénéficie de piscines, d’un golf, d’un tennis et d’une vue sur mer incroyables. Mais depuis 3 ans environ, la qualité des chambres et des services se détériore incroyablement. Le T3 en résidence que nous avons eu : - n’avait pas de wifi, - je ne captais pas non plus de réseau GSM en chambre - le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas - le mobilier était de piètre qualité - l’électroménager en cuisine était en piètre état (roulettes des paniers lave vaisselle cassés, machine à café filtre et micro-ondes très vieux, voyants lumineux des plaques cassés, frigo avec des gros blocs de glaces à l’intérieur) et un certain nombre d’ustensiles de base manquait - ils les ont apporté lorsque nous les avons réclamés - la cuisine et les tables à manger étaient sales (lorsque j’ai passé un coup d’éponge à notre arrivée, elle est devenue noire) - nous n’avions pas de café en cuisine (pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles en 2025) - et pour couronner le tout, l’ascenseur était en panne toute la semaine alors que que nous étions à l’autre bout de l’hôtel au 3e étage. Comme ma mère de 74ans avait déjà des difficultés à monter et descendre tous les jours ces escaliers sans bagages, la veille de notre départ j’avais demandé à la réception de bénéficier d’aide pour descendre nos valises à une heure précise. La réceptionniste avait dit ok. Le lendemain, personne n’arrive. Très agaçant et irrespectueux. Pas digne d’un 4*

L'accueil et le service laissent à désirer

Le personnel du restaurant le soir Le Mas des Vignes manque de professionnalisme et de souplesse. Nous avons tellement mal été accueillis que nous avons annulé notre réservation pour le dîner nous obligeant à trouver un restaurant en ville en dernière minute. Je l'ai mentionné au desk d'accueil de l'hôtel qui n'avait pas l'air surpris de ce type de comportement de la part du personnel du restaurant. Le personnel du petit déjeuner et du restaurant La Restanque sont adorables.

Très déçus : hôtesse d’accueil peu aimable et pas souriante. L’accès au Spa par l’intérieur de l’hôtel étant fermée à 16h30 nous avons dû passer par l’extérieur en peignoir l’ascenseur Handicapé hors service escalier à descendre sans rampe sauna hors service ! Ces informations ne nous ont pas été communiquées ni à la réservation ni à notre arrivée ! Nous n’avons donc pas profité de ce service pour lequel nous avions choisi cet hôtel !

Chambre spacieuse et terrasse individuelle seul bemol un temos non imparti pour le spa de fait il est squatte nous n'avons guere pu en profiter

Mon avis Google 1 étoile a été mis en doute: très mauvaise expérience en attente au restaurant, j’imagine un problème de communication. Pas de contre proposition ni d’excuse. Beau golf, vallonnée, voiturette conseillée. Des vues et paysages sublimes. Espace détente sympa, sauna fonctionnel mais jacuzzi tiède (restriction d’énergie ?). Belle vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié; un peu d’attente pour les aliments chauds. Accueil souriant.

Un hôtel parfait en toute circonstance

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous y allons avec ma femme et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Un havre de paix, avec un personnel adorable et aux petits soins.

Well worth a visit.

Second stay in two weeks. Friendly staff. Excellent, copious food in Restanques. Relaxing surroundings with great views. Family room (accept) had super sea views. Saturday breakfasts can be busy with the odd slip up such as cold scrambled eggs.

Impressive surroundings and classic hotel design. Shame there’s no water in the room, or fridge. More care should be taken of room upkeep - tissue container empty and toilet seat not attached. Quite dangerous. Staff are delightful.
