"Pathetic, horrible experience, flies, mosquitoes and lizard in the room. Bedsheets, towels, pillows and toilet with bad odour. No fan, no air conditioning, sleeping in the heat, smell and dirt. Broken furniture, leakage shower, taps and wallwith patches. Why this hotel is listed in the HOTELS.COM is itself a shame and bad reputation for the HOTELS.COM Surprisingly the price for the walk in guests is far cheaper than the price quoted in hotels.com web page. "Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The WiFi was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The buffet breakfast was well stocked at all times and included plenty of variety of Indonesian foods. The rooftop Sky Bar afforded great views, happy hour was enjoyable and the food on offer was tasty, although pizza, pasta and burgers are not our preference. We couldn't fault the hotel at all, everything was fabulous. While it isn't located near anything to see or do, it is only a IDR30k Grab ride to KL Braga."
