"The ambience of the hotel is good but due to aging the facilities tend to wear out . If you are the choosy type of person do consider your pick . Else likely you will complaint a lot during your stay . Overall experience average just abit of hiccups the first night due aircon failed . "

"This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. The balcony door was also locked but probably because of safety concerns. That meant that the only source of natural light I had was either outside of my room or the bathroom window. All of the drains were clogged and the filter in my AC unit had to be replaced by the time I got there. I believe if they make more maintenance rounds this place could be nicer. Ultimately I was happy with the place for the price. But I do believe they could do better. Once again, they have an amazing staff and I really appreciate all the service provided to me by their staff. "
