"Floors were dirty, TV was broken. No hot water to any of the sinks so no dishes were clean. Dog/cat hair all over beds and floors, windows were open when we arrived trying to vent the smoke smell. Sent multiple messages to host and only response was “Thanks for letting us know.” One of the footboards wasn’t screwed on and kept falling off and slats were broken on bed. Had high hopes based on the photos and host had a pretty website for check in but wish they had spent money on maintaining their rental and not a website. Pretty disappointed for our vacation to stay in a place like this and have an unresponsive host. Would not recommend to anyone. Sorry guys, pictures look lovely but it’s all for show. It was quiet and neighborhood felt safe. "
