"This is an amazing property that is as nice or nicer than it appears in the photos. Great outdoor space with tiki bar/ grilling area, ping pong, cornhole, basketball hoop. The house is a lot nicer than the others in the surrounding neighborhood so not a great choice if you care about that, but it’s a very convenient location if you want to be close to Ontario airport, Claremont , etc. Only real disappointment was the pool spa and heater weren’t working , which they did let us know in advance. We had a few issues while there, but the property management was highly responsive through VRBO. We didn’t bring our dog but if we had he would have loved the yard. "

"There’s no sink in the bathroom. The only sink is in the kitchenette so you’re using this one sink to wash your hands after using the toilet, brush your teeth, do general personal hygiene, do food prep, wash dishes, etc; it’s not a good situation.The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot at all. It was tepid at best and literally only lasted about 3-4 minutes.The Washer/Dryer all-in-one wasn’t working. It literally took 6 hours to do one small load. To make matters worse, the W/D and AC couldn’t be operating simultaneously. It was July when I was here. I spent the 6 hours in sweltering heat while I did my one load of laundry. I started using a laundry service after the that fiasco. To the credit of the host, they reimbursed the cost of the laundry service.The AC functioned well as long as the W/D wasn’t operating at the same time.Parking is off street, in front of the property.The neighborhood is quiet; somewhat rural and smells rural depending on wind direction.The WiFi and Roku television functioned well.There was an ant infestation during my stay. I understand these tiny critters are just looking for water. I contacted the host. They advised that I look for an insecticide in the unit and to spray inside the unit. I declined. My service animal travels with me. I wasn’t going to expose her to toxic chemicals. The host informed me that they would have their maintenance team spray the outside of the unit; the ants persisted.Caveat emptor!"
