Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return pool/recreation items to their proper place
Log out of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) & make sure all remotes are back in their “homes”
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Entry to the greenhouse on the property is prohibited.
-Pool service occurs on Monday and Friday AM. Lawn service on Wednesday AM.
-Trash collection occurs on Monday AM. Bins to be set out on Sunday night.
