Don’t stay here. Staff is great but the room was dated and our room was not cleaned. Our chair was broken, curtains filthy, and there was something that looked like mold in the bathroom. Not the kind of place I would normally stay at.

Check in was at 4:00pm. We were still unable to check in at 6:00pm. Said rooms weren’t ready and too many early check ins. They didn’t have the staff to clean the rooms. People before us were offered breakfast or lunch vouchers and $20 off their room. I didn’t get offered anything besides to move to a different room for $20 off. I didn’t officially check in until almost midnight into my actual room because I went to the football game. Then this morning come down to the lobby to get coffee it was empty. I just walked out the door and said never again. We shouldn’t had to pay for that room or half off with vouchers something. Nothing. I wanted to try this hotel because of the restaurant and balconies overlooking the city. Not worth it.

My biggest complaint was that you heard vehicles and trucks ALL NIGHT long off the interstate from our room. I could not sleep and it was extremely noisy. If you stay here, I would highly recommend noise-reducing earplugs to drown out the noise.

Not overly impressed. Dated and weird smell in hallways. Door knob was not attached on bathroom door. Had to pay for parking as well. Ok for one night of sleeping but no plans to go back.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to downtown Cincinnati. Just across the river in N. Kentucky, and approx. 5 minute drive to Great America Ball Park. City view rooms give a great view of the city, especially at night. Literally at the corner of I71, gives easy access to the interstate. Easy commute to/from CVG as well; approx.15 minutes. King room was clean, and roomy.Bed was comfortable. Only downside(s) are with the proximity to the interstate, you notice moderate traffic noise. Once you have the a/c running, you don't notice it quite as much. 4 p.m check-in is a little inconvenient- seems too late, and the hotel charges a $25.00 early check-in fee. Breakfast buffet costs $14.00 but they do have menu items to order as well. Buffet items are same as what other hotels offer for free breakfast- bacon, sausage, eggs, gravy/biscuits.. so, dont get too excited. Overall, I would certainly choose this hotel again.

The toilet flush was weak, and the shower was clogged, causing slow drainage. Additionally, the comforter had holes in it, exposing the cotton or inner material. Other than that, everything was fine. The staff seemed friendly, and the location was convenient.
